Fundraising Coordinator coordinates operations to execute an organization's fundraising strategies, campaigns, and capital development initiatives supporting short- and long-term organizational revenue objectives. Supports donor stewardship programs to identify, develop, retain, and nurture a portfolio of individual and institutional donors and corporate or governmental partnerships. Being a Fundraising Coordinator plans events and develops communications to increase donor engagement. Uses a donor database and software tools to produce data-driven measurement and reporting of the progress of fundraising goals. Additionally, Fundraising Coordinator may participate in the grant writing and proposal process. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Fundraising Coordinator occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. In this role, you’ll be a friendly voice and helping hand, walking new and return customers through our sign-up process as they get ready to fundraise with our much-loved Butter Braid pastry products!

    Experience? It's not our top priority. We’d love to hear how you’ve delighted customers and worked in a team but we don’t have a must-have experience check-list. We're more interested in who you are, your work ethic and your team spirit.

    What you’ll do

    • Welcome and onboard new and return customers (parents, coaches, treasurers etc) to make sure they have a great understanding of the fundraising journey with us
    • Build excellent relationships with customers to understand their fundraising goals
    • Advise customers with tips to enhance their fundraising activity
    • Make notes of all customer interactions to keep admin updated and track progress
    • Pitch in if other teams (sales and operations) need a helping hand
    • Organise deliveries making sure orders are sent out correctly and on time

    • We have a part-time and full-time opportunity and we’re happy to explore flexible work arrangements
    • The hourly rate starts at $22 depending on experience. This will increase as you grow with us
    • Our office hours are 8am - 5pm and our office is based in Castle Rock

We are a distributor of the delicious and well-loved pastries, Butter Braids which are only available through fundraisers. With 80% of our groups returning every year, the proof is in the pudding!
