```Job Overview:```
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as the Director of Social Services. As the Director, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our social services programs. This is a leadership role that requires strong program development, management, and relationship-building skills.

```Duties:```
- Develop and implement social services programs to meet the needs of our clients
- Manage and supervise a team of social workers and support staff
- Collaborate with community organizations and agencies to enhance service delivery
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards
- Develop and manage program budgets
- Provide guidance and support to staff in the areas of case management, counseling, and crisis intervention
- Oversee the collection and analysis of program data for reporting purposes
- Stay current on best practices in the field of social work and implement relevant changes as needed

```Qualifications:```
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in program development and management
- Strong knowledge of social work principles, practices, and ethics
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral health issues is preferred
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Proficient in budgeting and financial management
