Handles and settles complicated customer service issues which can not be resolved by lower level staff. Being a Health Insurance Operations Manager monitors performance of each service area. Summary:
The Manager - Operations is responsible for supervising and directing employees within a geographic territory of pipeline, and compression facilities for the WTX Pipeline Gathering System. This position will have Pipeline Techs, I&Es, and Mechanics in the reporting structure. This position will provide oversight and direction to work crews and facilities in these areas. This role will be the first line of management for customers, landowners, and the general public and will report to the Director of operations
