    As a Showroom Specialist, your focus will be ensuring every client feels valued the moment they walk through our door. You’ll be an expert at creating rapport with clients to uncover their needs with the knowledge to effortlessly match them with just the right product that they never realized they needed. Whether it’s the proper ergonomic height of a computer monitor or the benefits of a bluetooth mouse that keeps the hand in a neutral position, you’re comfortable educating clients on why our products have the ability to make a positive impact on their health.

    Required Qualifications

    • Have 2 years of well-rounded retail sales and customer success experience
    • Be high energy, upbeat and eager to take on new challenges
    • Masterful in verbal and written communication, able to quickly break down complex information and explain spec sheets to clients
    • Comfortable researching client questions and able to think on your feet with a cool confidence
    • Flexible, willing to assist other team members when the need arises, fostering a sense of collaboration and community with your peers

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Happy while multitasking and easily able to juggle a variety of tasks without dropping the ball
    • Learn quickly and exhibit tech savviness; your curiosity and passion mean that you can get up to speed and have an impact from day one
    • Proficient with MS Office software, web navigation, and familiar with a CRM system
    • Adaptable to change and actively seek feedback and incorporate it into your work style

    • Connect with clients and create an unforgettable experience with your warm demeanor and enthusiasm for our products
    • Become an UPLIFT product expert across an ever-growing suite of products
    • Process sales orders for client leads you cultivate from showroom interactions
    • Ensure our showroom always appears inviting and eye-catchingly gorgeous to display our products to their best advantage
    • Manage an inbox and CRM ticket system quickly and efficiently to assist returning clients with a variety of needs
    • Assemble or disassemble models in the showroom as required
    • Understand return, warranty, and shipping policies so that you can assist customers in an efficient manner with accurate information
    • Identify, document, and escalate potential customer complaints per standard operating procedures
    • Work to achieve the Customer Service Team’s quality and productivity goals
    • Work in a team-centered environment where continuous learning and experimentation is your day-to-day

    Position Details

    • Compensation: $22/hr uncapped commission
    • Type: Full-time
    • Employee Status: Regular
    • Work Schedule: Monday - Saturday, 9-6 with a random day off during the week (40 hours per week)
    • Location: Chicago, Illinois (on-site position on W Fulton Market)
