The Anoka County Information Technology department is committed to helping the County’s programs and services successfully meet their business objectives while enabling innovation through technology.
They accomplish this by gathering information about users' needs, identifying solutions, facilitating the implementation, support, training, and ongoing resources needed to meet those needs.
The department is hiring for an Associate Help Desk Specialist who assists with technical support to users regarding the use of computer software and hardware.
This position is responsible for problem recognition and resolution using specialized programs and databases.
This is a full-time, non-exempt, hybrid position. Interviews will take place the week of May 28th, 2024 for those selected to move forward in the hiring process.
