Land O’Frost is excited to announce a new opportunity in our team. We are currently seeking a HRIS Analyst. This is a brand-new position, offering a chance to make a significant impact in our organization. As an HRIS Analyst, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our HR Information System (Dayforce). You will provide technical assistance, troubleshoot issues, and offer guidance to HRIS users. Serves as lead representative and liaison between HR, information services, external vendors, and other stakeholders for HRIS design and implementation projects.

Responsibilities

• Manages permissions, access, personalization, and similar system operations and settings for HRIS users.
• Programs custom functions and documentation such as automated queries, filters, macros, and reports.
• Ensures system compliance with data security and privacy requirements.
• Collaborates with internal customers and HR staff to identify system improvements and enhancements; recommends and implements solutions.
• Initiates and works towards resolution of service tickets with HRIS vendor.
• Analyzes data to create and provide needed reports, suggests ways to increase functional productivity and workflow of the HR department.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, Systems, or related experience.
• Minimum three (3) years of related experience managing or implementing an HRIS Platform, preference for CERIDIAN DAYFORCE or similar applications.
• HRIS implementation, HRIS configuration and maintenance, data entry, data analysis, report building, etc. required.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365.
• Ten percent local and occasional overnight travel required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $77,400.00 - $94,600.00 per year
