Innkeeper Benefits

• Competitive base salary of 70k.
• For candidates with extensive reservations background in hotels, the salary could be higher

Innkeeper Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience as an Innkeeper or as a lodging Operations Manager
• Experience and understanding of hotel and lodging operations
• Demonstrates high integrity and ownership
• Thrives with autonomy to do the best job possible
• Can manage food service from the front as well as the lodging aspect for 14 keys
  
  

Innkeeper Responsibilities

• Oversee all departments of the Inn
• Ensure exemplary customer service
• Achieves sales & profit goals
• Onboard and mentor staff
