Title: Project Manager

Compensation: $40k - $50k (varies based on experience)

As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Project Manager.

Position Overview: We're looking for a go-getter, someone who relishes getting into the nitty-gritty of projects. You will work closely with senior project managers and cross-functional teams to support the successful execution of various projects. You will be responsible for assisting in project planning, monitoring progress, scheduling, and ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications. Additionally, you will act as a liaison between high-end clients and upper management, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction on both ends.

Job Duties:

-Coordinate with clients and installation team to ensure seamless delivery and installation of products.

-Call clients regularly to provide updates on their projects and address any questions or concerns.

-Track and assist in resolving project-related issues and mitigating risks to ensure project success.

-Read design sheets thoroughly to cross-reference any changes and communicate them during the pre-project phase.

-Assist in post-project reviews and documentation to capture lessons learned and best practices.

-Conducting job walks from time to time on any large or complicated projects

-Provide exceptional customer service support by handling customer inquiries, questions, and updates

Qualifications:

-Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

-Proficiency in project management tools and software

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

-Strong organizational and time management skills.

-Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

-Some background in construction or related fields is preferred.

-Previous experience with project coordinating and scheduling is required.

- Proven expertise in scheduling & customer service
