Solar Sales Consultant - Remote

    Role Overview

    As a Solar Sales Consultant, you'll play a pivotal role in connecting customers with sustainable energy solutions. The ideal candidate is personable, outgoing, and driven by a desire to assist others. While previous sales or door knocking experience is advantageous, it's not a requirement. This position serves as an entry point into the dynamic field of solar and battery sales.

    Responsibilities

    Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.

    Ensure smooth post-sale transitions by delivering comprehensive customer information to relevant teams.

    Thrive under pressure, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.

    Manage the sales pipeline from prospecting to installation, including follow-ups and in-home consultations.

    Collaborate with management to analyze and enhance marketing and sales strategies.

    Communicate effectively across departments to address customer needs.

    Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments through sales meetings, events, and training sessions.

    Guide accounts from initial consultation to final installation.

    Solicit referrals from satisfied clients.

    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

    Experience with CRM systems is a plus.

    Dependable and reliable, with a customer-oriented mindset.

    Flexible and adaptable, able to pivot as needed.

    Detail-oriented and capable of focusing on task specifics.

    Driven by achievement and willing to tackle challenges.

    Comfortable working independently and autonomously.

    Innovative thinker who enjoys creative problem-solving.

    Thrives in high-pressure environments.

    Experience

    At least 1 year of sales experience (3 years preferred).

    Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (3 years preferred).

    Solar industry experience is advantageous but not mandatory.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Compensation: W2 Base plus Commission
