EBM, Inc. is searching for an experienced Sales Executive to drive net-new business. If you consider yourself to be a “Hunter” we want to talk to you!
As an EBM Sales Executive you will be the face of our firm by selling our portfolio of IT Solutions to new SMB, mid-market, and enterprise-size accounts. You must be able to collaborate with our tech team and management to develop comprehensive solutions for prospects and existing customers. You must be willing and able to provide post-sales support for all products in order to cultivate the customer relationship. A sales hunter mentality is required in conducting customer research, networking, cold calling, and discovery, to uncover and convert viable opportunities.
EBM, now celebrating 52 years in business, is a privately held Managed IT Service Provider located in Trumbull, CT. EBM’s offerings include Managed Services & Cybersecurity, Project & Solution design, UCaaS, Internet & Carrier Services, Datacenter, SAN, Disaster Recovery & Backup, Hardware Procurement and Professional Services. From assessing the need, developing, and implementing the solution, to delivering the hardware and peripherals, we focus on improving the IT that builds the backbone of the business!
Qualifications
- Proven experience in selling technology solutions including end-user computing, servers, storage, networking, hardware and professional services.
- Background in selling Managed Services, UCaaS, and Internet & Carrier Services preferred, but not required.
- Results driven with a sense of urgency and the ability to quickly scale pipeline.
- Self-starter who takes ownership of performance and can communicate effectively with teammates, clients and vendors.
Responsibilities
- Constantly hunting for new business through various methods including but not limited to cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn connections, etc.
- Actively identify, seek & win new business opportunities.
- Consistently meet or exceed assigned Sales Activity KPI’s and quotas.
- Create and execute strategies to increase product exposure and identify opportunities for pipeline and revenue growth.
- Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information and guidance, researching and recommending new solutions.
- Manages pipeline and moves opportunities through to close.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
- Perform sales administrative procedures within the company’s CRM.
- Actively communicate with the sales, technology, and procurement teams with respect to meeting customer requirements and expectations.
- Report directly to the Chief Revenue Officer.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
