The Lead Development Representative assists in the development of a strong pipeline of new business opportunities through direct or indirect customer contact and prospecting. Identifies and helps to develop strategic relationships with partners or potential customers. Being a Lead Development Representative requires a bachelor's degree of business, finance or marketing. Works with marketing, sales, and product development teams to implement business development initiatives. In addition, Lead Development Representative typically reports to a supervisor or manager. Being a Lead Development Representative gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work.     • Minimum 5 years outside sales experience, degree in manufacturing, engineering, or related field or a combination of education and experience.
    • Extensive knowledge of the principles, procedures, and best practices in the industry
    • Track record of achieving / exceeding sales targets, pipeline growth, management and innovative new territory and customer development application.
    • High level of energy, drive, enthusiasm, initiative, commitment, and professionalism.
    • Must be a self-starter with excellent organizational, planning, communication, reporting, financial and negotiating skills.
