Duties

• Cut, trim, and prepare various types of meat according to specifications.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including tools and equipment.
• Assist customers with their meat selections, providing excellent customer service and product knowledge.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure customers have a fresh, full case to shop from

Experience

• Previous meat-cutting experience preferred
• Knowledge of various cuts of meat and preparation methods is an advantage.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers.
