Member Services Representative, Sr. jobs in Elkhart, IN

Heritage Acceptance is looking to add to our Client Services / Collections Team. In this role, you will assist customers with their automobile loans. This includes discussing arrangements on delinquent accounts, collecting payments, communicating with customers via phone/text/email, skiptracing/investigating, and working collaboratively within a team in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

• Strong typing skills and basic computer knowledge
• Preferred experience with Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook
• Able to multi-task to ensure goals and deadlines are met
• Positive attitude, driven to succeed, and customer service oriented
• No Collections experience required. If you are willing to learn, we are wiling to train!

**Bilingual abilities are a plus!**

Pay: $31,200.00 - $62,240.00 per year
