Seeking Part Time Office Assistant/Administrator

We are a non-medical in-home care provider servicing various counties throughout South Carolina. We provide personal care assistance, light house-hold support, companionship and respite relief care through personal care aides. We are looking for a part time office administrator to oversee our Greenville, SC office. This individual will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Duties include:

• Perform general office management tasks such as filing and organizing documents (Key Responsibilities)
• Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and resolving issues when needed.
• Manage office supplies and inventory, by reporting shortages to agency administrator
• If needed, assist with scheduling appointments and callbacks.
• Assist with office tasks such as patient and employee record keeping
• Be available to access records for state inspectors if needed

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Trustworthy and able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
• Able to read, write, and communicate effectively with agency staff and clients if needed.
• Able to use a computer/laptop and internet
• Able to pass a background check
• Able to pass a drug test prior to employment and randomly throughout employment.

Position Hours: Monday - Friday, 10 AM - 4 PM Eastern, with 30 Minute Lunch.

Open to filling position with one candidate for the full week or 2 candidates seeking 12-18 hours weekly.

This position offers a considerable amount of downtime which makes it a great opportunity for online students or tech savvy senior looking to earn additional income.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $9.00 - $11.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 – 30 per week

• Monday to Friday
• No nights
• No weekends
