Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced bookkeeper accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage financial records, ensure accuracy in our accounting systems, assist with financial reporting, and filing tax returns. This position is fully remote, but candidates must be based in the U.S. and able to pass a background check and drug screening.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
• Prepare monthly financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Assist with payroll processing
• Prepare and file annual tax reports, state and federal.
• Respond to inquiries from clients and team members regarding financial information.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an accountant.
• Strong knowledge of bookkeeping practices and accounting principles.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero).
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the real estate or property management industry.
• Familiarity with NNN (Triple Net) investments.
• Associate's or bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
