    The Position

    The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining contacts that will develop into sales leads. They will have a strong presence in the community and actively promote the BrightStar brand.     Duties:

    • Responsible for generating new business, which often requires warm calling and outbound calling to potential referral sources to generate leads and establish relationships and frequent travel within the territory
    • The candidate will call on healthcare facilities, physicians, clinics, assisted living facilities, and other related businesses to generate sales for private duty and medical staffing
    • Discover the needs of prospective referral sources and clients and effectively communicate the benefits of our services. Educates referral sources about BSC services as they relate to industry changes, specific programs and capabilities, and appropriate referrals.
    • Manage your book of business in Zoho CRM and proprietary ERP software to ensure you can take a strategic approach.
    • Works closely with the Director of Operations and Director of Nursing to develop and implement a sales and marketing plan for the territory in support of overall brand standards
    • Provide weekly sales summaries and call reports to the Director of Operations on a timely basis
    • Manages social media channels for the office including, but not limited to LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, location's BrightStar Care website, etc.
    • Collaborate with the office team members to create effective strategies for business growth
    • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the company's products and services
    • Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the company's offerings
    • Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients, showcasing the value proposition of the company
    • Attend Living Room Visits (LRV) and other patient contact to bring new clients on board
    • Measure and report on the performance of call and marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals

    Requirements

    • 2 years of outside sales and/or business development experience.
    • Experience demonstrating a working knowledge of healthcare in the home or institutional setting is preferred.
    • RN and/or healthcare administration experience desired.
    • Degree in marketing, business management or communications, preferred.
    • Proven ability to generate leads and monitor referrals, manage the territory and understand how to build relationships with new and existing contacts.
    • Requires valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and insurance.
