As a supply chain analyst at Amphenol Industrial Operations, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our supply chain process to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure timely delivery of products to our customers.

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Extract and analyze data from ERP system using SQL
- Develop and maintain SQL queries to generate reports, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and monitor inventory levels.
- Identify high volume and critical components, analyze usage patterns, and determine optimal inventory levels for each component.
- Evaluate low to mid runner parts to strategize whether to procure externally or manufacture in house, optimizing inventory management practices.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to evaluate sourcing strategies for components, including make-vs-buy decisions and supplier selection.
- Review inventory levels in our facilities and strategically plan to meet customer demand while optimizing inventory across the supply chain and production in China.
- Assist the purchasing team in vendor management by analyzing spending patterns and making data-driven decisions to optimize sourcing strategy.
- Conduct cost analyses to determine the financial impact of implementing sea freight and inventory strategies, identifying opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
- Monitor transportation logistics and optimize freight routes to minimize lead times and transportation cost.
- Generate actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to drive continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain.
Qualifications – Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or another related field.
- 2 years of experience in supply chain analysis, preferably within a manufacturing environment
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software such as Excel, SQL, and ERP systems.
- Experience with data visualization tools is a plus.
