The Talent Acquisition Business Partner will play a crucial part in attracting a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent that aligns with our company's goals and values. As a strategic partner to both HR and business leaders, the TABP will be responsible for executing on recruitment strategies, fostering strong relationships with hiring managers, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
Role and Responsibilities• Assumes ownership of all phases of the recruitment process, from job requisition through candidate offer, through partnership with appropriate parties along the way.• Collaborates with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.• Researches and suggests innovative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.• Conduct thorough candidate assessments and interviews to support hiring manager, as needed to continuously improve recruitment strategies.• Collaborate with business leaders to understand organizational goals and workforce needs.• Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights and guidance on talent acquisition strategies.• Cultivate strong partnerships with hiring managers and cross-functional teams.• Provide regular updates on recruitment progress, market trends, and talent landscape.• Utilize data and metrics to drive recruitment strategies and measure success.• Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics, trends, and key performance indicators.• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.• Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives, promoting a diverse talent pipeline.

Qualifications, Certifications, Endorsements and Educational Requirements• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.• 1-3 years of experience in talent acquisition or similar role and industry, managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process highly preferred.• Certification in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition, preferred. (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR)• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best principles.• Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles.• Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics.• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to take initiative.• Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. • Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.• Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software and HRIS systems.• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
