We are looking for a Field Reimbursement Manager (FRM) to join our Biopharmaceuticals Business Unit.

    What you'll do:

    As an FRM, you will minimize reimbursement barriers for patients and providers, supporting access to AstraZeneca products in the Immunology Biologics therapeutic area. You will deliver high-quality interactions with key physicians, accounts, and institutional customers through specialized services. You will work directly with and across several different internal departments and cross-functional partners, supporting accounts experiencing challenging reimbursement, access, and affordability cases. You will develop and execute ethical and customer-oriented reimbursement strategies, demonstrating market expertise in communicating payer criteria/terms and practices.

    Essential for the role

    • Bachelor’s Degree
    • Minimum of 10 plus years of total business experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical/biotech industry.
    • Minimum of 6 plus years of sales, managed care or reimbursement experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical/biotech industry
    • Ability to travel a minimum of  50-75% (overnight) Territory includes: Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana

    Desirable for the role

    • MBA or other related graduate-level degree is preferred.
    • 8 years of Biotech or Pharmaceutical Sales experience.
    • 4 years of experience in the Immunology Biologics therapeutic area.
    • 2 years of Access Services, Reimbursement and/or Managed Markets experience.
    • Significant and documented experience with business planning and market analysis.
    • Minimum 2 years’ experience with buy & bill physician administered specialty products.
