Responsibilities also include estimating costs, estimating personnel and material needs, preparing proposals, and establishing completion dates. In addition, Civil Infrastructure Engineer IV requires a bachelor's degree in engineering. May require a Professional Engineer License (PE). Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Being an Civil Infrastructure Engineer IV work is highly independent. May assume a team lead role for the work group.
