Performs massage therapy in a healthcare setting to control pain and promote wellness. Being a Licensed Massage Therapist may require a high school diploma or its equivalent. Utilizes soft or deep tissue massage or other therapeutic massage methods to provide pain relief and promote healing. In addition, Licensed Massage Therapist typically reports to a manager. Requires certification as a massage therapist. Licensed Massage Therapist's years of experience requirement may be unspecified.
