Mechanic Technician, Lead Salary in West Virginia

The Mechanic Technician, Lead performs preventative maintenance and routine repairs to systems and equipment. Maintains and services a building or plant's mechanical equipment, control systems, power distribution systems, and HVAC systems. Being a Mechanic Technician, Lead uses technical diagrams, blueprints, and schematics to install, troubleshoot, calibrate, and repair equipment, engines, and compressors. Conducts periodic safety and maintenance inspections to evaluate equipment for replacement and identify wear and damage.
