The Revenue Management Manager implements plans to integrate and align functions across the organization, including Marketing, Sales, Product Development, Customer Success, and others, to achieve revenue targets and grow demand for the company's product and services. Manages cross-functional activities and implements a strategy focused on generating, maintaining, and increasing revenue. Being a Revenue Management Manager supports research to identify internal and external opportunities to expand and optimize revenue-producing activities. Establishes analytics and methods to measure and forecast demand and market conditions, identify operational deficiencies, and develop effective and data-driven pricing strategies. In addition, Revenue Management Manager reinforces targets, policies, and internal processes to achieve efficiencies in revenue generation and capture. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Revenue Management Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Working as a Revenue Management Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.
