Being a Billing Analyst III investigates and resolves billing discrepancies and errors. Recommends improvements to billing process. Additionally, Billing Analyst III may monitor customer accounts for timely payments and provide reports to management on overdue accounts. Typically requires a bachelor's degree in a related area or equivalent. Typically reports to a manager or supervisor.
