Branch Sales and Operations Manager manages the overall operations, sales, and business development activities for a branch location of an organization. Oversees branch operations, including staffing, training, inventory management, finance, systems, and facilities. Being a Branch Sales and Operations Manager builds and manages relationships with existing and prospective customers to maximize sales and satisfaction. Monitors the branch financial performance to achieve sales, growth, and profitability targets. Additionally, Branch Sales and Operations Manager maintains and utilizes up-to-date knowledge about the markets served, customers, vendors, and competitors to drive successful operations. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Branch Sales and Operations Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions.
