Being a Change Management Senior Manager follows Organizational Change Management (OCM) methodologies to conduct assessments of the current state, analyze stakeholders, identify risks, and establish the goals and milestones of changes. Implements detailed project plans to manage each phase's timelines, tasks, resources, and dependencies. Additionally, Change Management Senior Manager enables the change implementation phase by creating and delivering communications, training, and transition plans for managers and employees and deploying required resources or interim support.
