Clinic Manager II Salary in Delaware

Clinic Manager II administers the daily operations of a medical clinic staffed by 25 to 50 physicians. Prepares and monitors budgets, purchases equipment and supplies, oversees maintenance of the facility. Being a Clinic Manager II is responsible for hiring and training office and nursing support staff. Establishes and oversees billing practices. Additionally, Clinic Manager II may be responsible for contracts or negotiations with insurance providers. This is an administrative non-physician role.
