Competitive Pricing Analyst V provides analysis of revenue, market share, capacity, and competitor activity to develop optimal pricing for geographies and market segments aligned with products and sales strategy. Conducts market research, assesses data, and develops insights into market trends and pricing strategies. Being a Competitive Pricing Analyst V maintains a database of historical pricing data to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of pricing and guide pricing decisions. Coordinates tools, reports, and communications for accurate pricing information responsive to market changes. Additionally, Competitive Pricing Analyst V typically requires a bachelor's degree in business or related discipline. Typically reports to a manager. The Competitive Pricing Analyst V works autonomously. Goals are generally communicated in "solution" or project goal terms. May provide a leadership role for the work group through knowledge in the area of specialization. Works on advanced, complex technical projects or business issues requiring state of the art technical or industry knowledge.
