Coordinates with other teams when overflow occurs, and inbound traffic must be redirected. Being a Contact Center Traffic and Scheduling Assistant assists with monitoring, balancing, and redirecting inbound traffic in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction. Generates and provides call volume reports to leadership. Additionally, Contact Center Traffic and Scheduling Assistant typically requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Contact Center Traffic and Scheduling Assistant works under moderate supervision. Gaining or has attained full proficiency in a specific area of discipline.
