Reviews bids, requests for proposals (RFPs), specifications, and requirements for consistency and accuracy. Being a Contracts Administration Supervisor administers quality standards and processes. Maintains contract records and systems used to meet reporting and compliance requirements. Additionally, Contracts Administration Supervisor may require a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Contracts Administration Supervisor supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes.
