Sets and monitors overall performance goals and standards of service. Additionally, Hospital Administrator utilizes data analytics to measure activity and drive continuous improvement. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to senior management. The Hospital Administrator manages a departmental function within a broader corporate function. Develops major goals to support broad functional objectives. Approves policies developed within various sub-functions and departments.
