Market Access Specialist V is responsible for creating and executing comprehensive market access strategies. Designs, develops, and implements an integrated marketing strategy to deliver a strong product value proposition with the end user in mind. Being a Market Access Specialist V conducts qualitative and quantitative research to provide analytical insights in response to specific market access issues and/or trends. Creates marketing materials that communicate the unique attributes of the drug/medical device to external stakeholders including payer and trade channel recommendations. Additionally, Market Access Specialist V provides strategic recommendations for pricing, patient access, reimbursement, and health systems strategy to support expanding the accessibility of the drug/medical device Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Market Access Specialist V works autonomously. Goals are generally communicated in "solution" or project goal terms. May provide a leadership role for the work group through knowledge in the area of specialization.
