Being a Property Manager, Senior develops financial and business plans for profitable property ownership. Oversees budgets, lease administration, and tenant service delivery. Additionally, Property Manager, Senior may initiate or assist with the buying and selling properties in the portfolio. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to senior management. The Property Manager, Senior typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget.
