May communicate with field agents to gather additional information or to explain underwriting decisions. Additionally, Underwriter (P/C) III typically requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent. May require certification as a Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU). Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
