Accounts Payable and Receivable Clerk at our Farmington Hills location
is position will manage outgoing and incoming bills and invoices on behalf of the company. These bills might include utility payments, product or inventory invoices, employee expense accounts and reimbursements. This position will also require to assist with payroll.  
What you will be doing:
  • Updating and maintaining records of expenditure
  • Sending out payments for company credit cards
  • Responding to vendor invoices
  • Ensuring that all payments are made in accordance with company policy
  • Ensuring that all payments are sent on time
  • Resolving payment discrepancies and disputes on behalf of the company   
  • Preparing and mailing invoices  to customers
  • Posting payments to customers accounts
  • Organizing and filling deposit receipts as invoices are paid
  • Preparing reports on delinquent accounts   and customer payment profiles

   Qualifications:
  • At least a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Preferred Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 3 years of experience on related job
  • Knowledgeable  on Quick Books is a plus
