1-800-GOT-JUNK? is growing and looking for positive, physically fit people to join our Truck Teams. We’re the World’s Largest Junk Removal Service, known for our professional, friendly team members and clean, shiny blue trucks.  
 
Truck Team Member – Customer Service / Driver
Hiring Immediately for Full-Time & Part-Time - must be available to work at least 4-5 shifts per week including 1 weekend day (shifts are typically 8-12hrs)
Pay: $13.25-$20/hr avg all-in (inclusive of base pay, daily cash tips, bonuses paid on every paycheck & incentives). Healthcare & dental benefits after 60 days for full-time employees.

About the position: 

• Each shift starts at our office in Gaithersburg (near Airpark) where you'll be matched up with your truck team and given your service routes for the day
• You’ll head out in our shiny blue trucks to visit customers’ homes and properties and take away their unwanted items while leaving smiles on their faces
• You’ll dispose of items responsibly through our recycling, donating, and waste management facilities

About you:

• 21+ years of age for driver positions (required for insurance purposes)
• 18+ years of age for non-driver positions
• Valid standard driver’s license & good driving record for the past 3 years (for driver positions)
• A positive, friendly attitude and good verbal and written communication skills
• Physically able to lift 50lbs+ repeatedly
• Previous customer service, sales, physical labor and/or driving experience a plus!
