Truck Team Members - Customer Service & General Labor
- Starting pay (Drivers): $13.50/hr + daily tips, monthly bonuses, and other incentives (all-in, most see this avg. $13.50-$15.50/hr).
- Starting pay (Non-drivers): $13/hr + daily tips, monthly bonuses, and other incentives (all-in, most see this avg. $13-$15/hr).

- Growth Opportunities - The opportunity to advance to a Route Leader position for those motivated employees within the first 6-8 months. The Founder & CEO of 1-800-GOT-JUNK? was the very first Truck Team Member. This position has produced Business Owners, Regional Managers, a multitude of management positions, and is the cornerstone of our $250 million dollar company.
- Alongside another Truck Team Member, you'll operate the company vehicle (no special driver's license required) on assigned service routes for the day.
- You'll provide excellent customer service from the moment our customers book with us to the moment the job is completed, and beyond.
- As a team, you will arrive on site to our customers’ properties and remove their unwanted items and load them in our shiny blue trucks.
- Depending on the items, you’ll dispose of them responsibly through our recycling, donating and waste management facilities
- 21+ years of age for Driver positions (insurance purposes) & 19+ for Non-driver positions
- A valid standard driver's license and clean driving record (past 3 years)
- Reliable, hard-working, and a great attitude!
- Previous customer service, labor, or sales experience a plus (but not required)
- Able to lift 50lbs repeatedly
