WE ARE HIRING GENERAL LABOR – TRUCK TEAM MEMBERS
Full-time and Part-time
Pay starts at $13-$15/hr. Most team members average $14-$18/hr (all-in with base pay, tips, and bonuses)
As junk removal is covered as an essential service, 1-800-GOT-JUNK? has adjusted its service model to a “No Contact Junk Removal”. We take safety measures focused on healthy teams, physical distance, safety equipment, and training.

- Be 21+ years of age (for insurance purposes)
- Have a valid standard driver's license and a clean driving record. Absolutely no DUIs.
- Be able to work at least 2-3 days a week (weekday and/or weekends) – starting at 7:45 am
- Have a great attitude, are reliable, and hardworking.
- Have the physical stamina to lift/carry 80 pounds repeatedly
- We are willing to train happy hardworking people who are excited for an opportunity to work with a growing organization.
- Operating a company vehicle, in an assigned service route with another team member
- Educating and sharing the value of our services to our customers
- Providing excellent customer service
- Junk removal: heavy and lift lifting and removal of “junk” from client locations. Retrieving, transporting, and disposal of unwanted items
- Sales: upselling and identifying sales opportunities
- Safety: commitment to the safe and professional navigation and/or driving of trucks
- We are open Monday through Saturday so we have various shifts that can work with your schedule
- A base rate of pay, with potential bonuses and tips from our very satisfied customers. Base rate starts at $13-15 per hour but with tips and bonus, average $14-$18/hour
- Variety: every day is different! You’ll be out in the field doing physical work while meeting lots of people and making their junk disappear.
- New Skills: You’ll receive great training and get to develop your customer service, sales, business, and leadership skills.
