Truck Team Members - Driver / Labor
1-800-GOT-JUNK? – Clinton, MD
Full-Time
All team members must have availability to work Monday-Saturday. All team members are required to be available to work on Saturday. Occasional evenings and Sundays shifts if required.

We're looking for candidates that will:

• Must be 22+ years of age (for insurance purposes)
• Have a minimum of 2 years of driving experience (beyond provisional or learner's) and a clean driver's record for 2 years (for insurance purposes). All individuals invited for in-person interview will need to provide a current copy of their Driver License Report in advance
• Must have availability to work Monday-Saturday. All team members are required to be available to work on Saturday. Occasional evening shifts and Sundays (if available).
• Have a good work ethic and attitude, and be friendly and professional
• Be able to lift 75 lbs (general labor experience preferred)
• Have reliable transportation and be punctual
• Able to pass a DOT driver's medical exam
• Pass background check and random drug testing
• Support a regular schedule within a 6-day operation (Part or Full-time)

Job Duties Include:

• Driving to local residences and businesses to remove their unwanted items.
• Customer Service: Helping our awesome customers by removing unwanted items from their properties
• Recycling: Working directly with our recycling and donation resources in deferring items from landfills.
• Junk Removal: Lifting (including heavy), removing, and cleaning up junk and/or debris from client locations.
• Brand Building & Marketing: Providing top-level customer services to build on our strong brand image across the region. Delivery of marketing material to targeted focus areas and participation in unique marketing activities.
