Operations Manager – Full Time - Tuesday - Saturday

Compensation: $50,000/yr Performance bonus (Up to $10,000)
The Operations Manager is proactive and self-motivated with a demonstrated ability to think and plan strategically.
Key responsibilities of this position will include (but not be limited to):
- Meeting with all new hires as outlined in Onboarding Process.
- Prepare for and attend weekly check ins with ISP reps to discuss open opportunities and roadblocks.
- Ensuring high-quality execution for all jobs; monitoring post-job satisfaction of customers and proactively addressing any issues that arise
- Flagging payroll and HR issues with SNPS
- Operate day to day operations with assistance from the Sr. Operations Manager
- Participate and support Ops in Morning Meeting
- Acting arbiter in internal dispute situations with an emphasis on collaborative resolutions
- Oversee all commercial estimates above certain thresholds.
To qualify, candidates must possess:
- A great attitude and strong multi-tasking, time management skills
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Strong desire to help others excel and hit goals
- Valid driver's license
