Title:  IT Operations Technician Intern

Job Overview: 

The primary responsibility of the IT Operations Technician is to assist with Service Desk duties, assist in the buildup and decommissioning of workstations, laptops and/ or servers and provide additional technical assistance as needed in the IT Operations department.

Functions and Responsibilities:

• Assist with the creation and refinement of machine images.
• Assist in the deployment of Win 10 workstations and laptops.
• Input Asset information details in to KACE Asset management system.
• Resolve Service Desk tickets as possible.
• Participate in audit activities as needed including review and remediation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Education:  Technical related field preferred but not required

Experience:  Technology related experience preferred

Language/Reasoning/Mathematical or other specific skills:  Good verbal and written communications skills are beneficial.  Ability to work independently and as well as work as part of a team to accomplish a common goal.

Schedule:  May - August Internship

Hours:  FT or PT
