Builder Finance Inc. is a growing construction lender that works with hundreds of home builders from coast-to-coast. An essential part of the business is quickly reviewing and correctly fulfilling draw requests by builders (borrowers) for construction money.
The Construction Draws Administrator will carry out day-to-day administrative duties for fulfilling draw requests. General responsibilities include phone and email correspondence, spreadsheet work, reporting, data entry, and other various projects. The successful hire will intake draw requests, coordinate property inspections, and see that draw requests are properly fulfilled so that Builder Finance Inc. is not over-funding or exposed to mechanic’s liens.
