ROLE: Content Production Assistant

REPORTS TO: Executive Producer

OVERVIEW

We believe content is a powerful tool to solve business problems through creativity, innovation and connection. The Content Production Assistant supports in all aspects of the production process, helping makers bring that vision to life. The primary role for the Production Assistant is performing small, but important tasks around the set and on location. You’ll work in concert with the Senior Content Producer and Executive Producer to ensure the smooth, efficient completion of projects. The ideal candidate is highly motivated and energetic. This is an entry-level position.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Aiding in all aspects of the production process

Supporting makers, directors, creatives, etc. in creating great content

Keeping production space organized and clean

Assisting with paperwork

On-set duties include securing meals, managing talent, assisting crew

Additional duties include errands, getting coffee, scouting locations, picking up props and equipment, driving talent and clients
