Responsible for implementing and maintaining the effectiveness of the quality system.
1. Utilize internal ADD resources to develop and implement "go-to-market" strategy and tactical implementation plans for all Value Expansion strategies; to include; but not limited to: laboratory automation; IT/IM; IA/CC and workflow sales.
2. Manage all national account GPO relationships to include; BCA Government; CTS. In conjunction with manager and Enterprise Account Manager, responsible to manage and develop customer contracts; GPO contracts; the overall Transfusion pricing strategy and "go-to-market" tactical implementation of pricing and contracting terms (eg all price increases; volume commitment adjustments;
contract performance monitoring; etc.).
3. Maintain and manager all direct reports for TMS goals; growth and development actions; training requirements; fleet vehicle evaluations; and field based performance evaluations.
4. Lead process to analyze and understand the customer operational needs to achieve and maintain customer loyalty.
Minimum Education:
Bachelors Degree Required
Minimum 2 years experience in the Blood and Plasma industry.
