ABRIGO Billing Specialist Salary in the United States

Abrigo is looking for an experienced Billing Specialist to oversee accounts receivable. This position will handle our accounts receivable department. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and driven. This individual will report to our Accounting Manager.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage AR activities of multiple business units
• Monitor operations for quality of results through review of specific transactions, audits and assessment of business analytics.
• Track and monitor key performance metrics and targets related to financial, quality and activity-based factors. Identify, analyze, and recommend performance enhancement initiatives.
• Provide regular and ad-hoc management reporting on operational results.
• Identify and research trend changes and variations to identify impact on business operations
• Coordinates activities of all areas of the billing to ensure prompt billing and payment

What You’ll Need:

• Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of invoicing/AR/collections experience
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
• Exceptional analytical skills and business acumen; you are data-driven, deeply curious, and hungry for insights into how your business is working and where it can improve.
• Ability to use initiative, judgment, discretion and decision-making to achieve company objectives.
• Ability in identifying and resolving problems
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications, especially Excel
