What does a Sales Enablement Specialist do at companies like ABRIGO?

Engage in the sales process by leading the RFP/RFI/RFX response effort. Enable sales and CSM teams through various activities in order to optimize revenue production. This individual will report to our Director, Sales Enablement.
What You'll Do:
- Requests for Proposal (RFP, RFI, RFX): Responsible for ensuring completeness of entire RFP response, providing answers to product, industry, and technology related questions and the coordination of other Abrigo resources to this end. RFPs typically consist of several hundred questions about Abrigo solutions, and often serve as the initial decision point regarding which vendors will be evaluated for selection.
- Product Management Liaison: Support the effort to provide a singular “voice from the field” by providing feedback to the Product Management team regarding market trends, and insights into how Abrigo solutions compare to competitive solutions, product gaps, direct client/prospect feedback, and what is required to make Abrigo solutions as “saleable” as possible.
- Partnership Administration: Manage administration efforts for all Abrigo strategic partnerships. Responsibilities include but are not limited to communicating referrals and resales, ensuring revenue split with partners is accurate, ensuring Abrigo Account Executives are accurately credited for sales, etc.
- Sales Enablement: Contribute to the delivery of solution and industry trainings to Abrigo sales and CSM teams.
- Professional Development: Contribute to the delivery of ongoing best practice sales approach, process and mindset training to Abrigo sales and CSM teams.
What You'll Need:
- Sales Engineering or Product Management experience.
- Ability to understand a broad solution set at a detailed level and effectively communicate capabilities and value propositions
- Strong organizational skills, and the ability to rapidly move between tasks.
