ACADIA General Manager Salary in the United States

Looking for a GM at a high end Michelin Acadia restaurant. The GM must have 3 years minimum experience at a fine dining restaurant, or similar experience with a high end place. The GM must be able to bring creative solutions to the table, be a team player, manage the financials of the restaurant, assist with training waitstaff, and be a leader to the front of the house. This candidate also needs to realize that he/she is an extension of the owner and needs to run the restaurant as if it were their own. Serious candidates only please!!
