Job Responsibilities for a Project Manager:
• Ability to assist senior project management in leading and drive Achieve’s digital transformation projects in accordance to the client’s vision
• Assist senior project management in identifying client’s business needs for projects and acting as a client advocate to make certain that all expectations are met
• Able to easily assist in resolving internal and external roadblocks in order for projects to be accomplished in a smooth manner
• Work closely with Lead PM to constantly improving internal and external processes
• Will work with senior management team on formulating project plans, in accordance with the goals and timing
• Assist senior project management in establishing anticipated costs and risk assessments for projects
• Managing the project budget as the project progresses
• Working with senior project management on identify resourcing needs to ensure we stay within budget
• Working closely with the developers to guarantee projects are being executed to client’s expectations
• Constantly evaluating the project for opportunities to improve performance, and taking precautions for risk
• Working closely with the Sr. PM’s, AM’s, and Engineers for successful execution
• Assist in providing team with structured guidance throughout projects, both technically and organizationally
Knowledge and Expectations of Project Manager:
• Experience with ticket tracking, software and project management tools such as Jira/Confluence, Excel, Basecamp
• Highly organized with exceptional time management skills
• Critical and strategic thinker
• Open and excited to learn new technologies
• Team management and development skills
• Solid understanding of software development life cycle and knowledge of Agile project management
• Ability to manage 3-5 large projects or 5-8 small projects at one time
• Daily reporting across multiple systems to ensure project success

Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science or Information Technology
• 3-5 years in project management preferred
• Experience with using Content Management System (CMS)
• Candidate must possess strong technical aptitude and understanding of software development; strong passion for technology a plus
• Drupal knowledge preferred
