Job Responsibilities for an Technical Account Manager:
• Ability and willingness to close new and renewed revenue opportunities for Achieve Internet
• Overall responsibility for the retention and growth of assigned clients
• Responsible for driving the sales growth by identifying, sustaining and growing relationships with enterprise clients
• Sustaining a strong relationship with clients, checking in with them, conducting solution-based, and goal-oriented meetings
• Develop customer affinity by collaborating with them to understand the strategic goals of their business and how Achieve Internet can help them realize those objectives
• Traveling to deepen customer relationships and achieve sales growth (25%)
• Writing statements of work, finalizing estimations, and contractual agreements
• Managing multiple enterprise accounts and ensuring that all internal and external teams are on the same page
Knowledge and Expectations of Technical Account Manager:
• Previous experience in Digital Transformation, Software, CMS, API Management or development agency preferred
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and multiple relationships within those accounts
• Experience using a CRM for daily team coordination
• Experience in complex enterprise sales (multiple stakeholders internally & externally, proactively managing the sales experience)
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, deliver on assigned KPIs and contribute as a part of a team
• Ability to develop establish meeting priorities and outcomes and develop the agendas to support those priorities and outcomes
• Ability to run effective in person and remote meetings with internal and external stakeholders
• Expected to attend onsite consulting engagements as part of a team
• Experience with generating sales, prospecting clients, and continue business growth
• Can easily understand business needs and translate those into project requirements

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field of study
• 4-6 years working as an enterprise Account Manager experience
• Experience with using Content Management System (CMS)
• Candidate must possess strong technical aptitude and understanding of software development; strong passion for technology a plus
• Drupal knowledge preferred
