Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Provide direct Applied Behavioral Analysis to consumers
  • Provide Parent Training
  • Work with BCBAs, Behavior Technicians, and families to implement individualized goals
  • Implement individualized treatment plan as written and directed by BCBA
  • Data collection on individualized goals
  • Maintain respect and confidentiality for all clients.
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state of- the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
  • Maintain and protect the wellbeing of all clients.

Additional Functions:

  • Actively communicates the Achieving True Self, Inc.’s outreach efforts to community
  • Adheres to the mission, vision and values of Achieving True Self, Inc.

Requirements:

  • BCaBA certification
  • Possession of a valid driver’s license and the ability to meet Achieving True Self, Inc. Company’s State: PA, MD, WV’s driving requirements
  • Reliable transportation
