KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The Accounting clerk will be located in our Miami Beach headquarters with responsibilities including:

• Preparing and issuing sales invoices
• Recording revenue and other journal entries
• Apply credit card payments and outstanding receivables.
• Customer statement preparation/ customer communication
• Executing collection initiatives
• Bank reconciliations
• Post cash Receipts/ customer charging
• Accrue credit card receipts and charging reconciliation.
• Assist with G/L account reconciliation and month-end closing, other projects/duties as assigned.
• Perform/monitor business processes and ensure that internal controls are generating effectively as designed.

EXPERIENCE AND SKILL REQUIRED

• Ability to handle multiple tasks to prioritize needs and expedite tasks upon request.
• Proficiency in Excel spreadsheets
• Netsuite system experience is preferred.
• Data entry and document management
• Excellent communication skills
• Willingness to learn and be a contributing team player in a dynamic environment

 EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• AA or BS/BA in Accounting or related field preferred
• 1-2 years of related experience

Working conditions are normal for an office environment. Work may require occasional travel, weekend and/or evening work.
